The story of Brand Man:
Brand Man resided within Consumer City, which happens to be a city that houses the largest numbers of consumers in the world. For years, consumers within this city remained loyal patrons of the “Big Promoters with the Big Brands.” Suddenly, Brand Man along with the rest of the consumers residing within Consumer City grew desperate for alternate products and services because they wanted to once again feel the excitement of trying something other than what the Big Promoters had to offer. Their desperation for change was so immense that the population within Consumer City was on the verge of deterioration.
Brand Man became extremely frustrated with the threat for this change within the city he had lived in all of his life. He strongly believed that he could find alternate brands and services that were not only unique and different, but just as good within small and medium sized businesses. So, he took it upon himself to put on his business suit and conducted an extensive “brand study” among Big Promoters with regard to the success of their brands and services throughout its intended marketplace.
Concluding his study, Brand Man’s willpower and passion to expose competitive brands provided him with a sudden force of brand power that allowed him to devise solid marketing strategies and solutions that would build the reputation of small and medium sized businesses. It was then that Brand Man thoughtfully provided such businesses with a dose of his brand power; each dose generating an increased amount of exposure and sales for their products and services. Soon thereafter, the rapid demand of consumers within Consumer City for the alternate brands of small and medium sized businesses significantly shifted the consumer report ratings of Big Promoters worldwide. Moreover, the potential threat of deterioration within the population of Consumer City was annulled.
Soon after, consumers started to leave Consumer City to form a new city of niche brands, later to be called Brand City. Consumers by the thousands left the environment of Brands begin pushed to them for the new environment of brands being tailored for them. Alas, Brand Man’s ability to generate recognition and success for the brands of small and medium sized businesses quickly spread throughout the nation.
